How to book a meeting or conference

To book an event you can either phone, email or fax a request to our Conference Co-ordinator Jacki Carr (see "Contact us" for Jacki's details).

On confirmation of your booking, our caterers will contact you to discuss your catering requirements with you.

Charges

Daily room hire charges - set out in more detail on each room page - are as follows:

  • Large rooms - from £580
  • Small rooms - from £475
  • Halls - from £630
  • Suites - from £825

All prices for room hire are VAT exempt.

Room hire is based on a daily rate between 9-5pm (and 6-10pm for evening bookings).

Day delegates rates are now available, please ask for more information.
